The Technology Intelligence Platform brings advanced analytics, extensibility, increased performance, and flexible access to your data through APIs.

The Technology intelligence Platform adds the following out-of-the-box capabilities to Flexera One IT Visibility:

• Complete picture of your technology estate with a unified view of technology assets and their relationships.

• Advanced analytics with flexible, customizable reporting and advanced visualization using embedded Microsoft Power BI to support data-driven decisions. The dashboards and reports layer delivers best in class data analytics capabilities with Microsoft Power BI-based reporting. Out of the box reports illustrate business risks and drive strategic decisions.

  • Custom reporting is targeted by use case—reducing the noise and the need to sort through unrelated data fields to find the relevant data for a report. You can easily create custom reports based on particular domains, such as hardware or software, or start by customizing an existing out-of-the-box report.

• Extensibility that enables you to add your own data across various types (Booleans, integers, decimals, date and time) as well as user-provided property names to contextualize your inventory; use new flexible APIs to feed the enriched inventory data you need to other business systems.

  • The Queryable Inventory API provides targeted access to exactly the normalized inventory data you need to solve your use case, without the need to download multiple large datasets, and then join and analyze in another tool.   • The IT Visibility Insights API Query Endpoint is backwards compatible, with the exception of the Vulnerability dataset.

• Fast processing and normalization of inventory data ensures reports have the freshest data and accelerate your data pipeline to ServiceNow; for customers that use the integration between Flexera and ServiceNow, it ensures your CMDB stays up to date. (The Flexera One ServiceNow app integrates Flexera One with ServiceNow.)

• API capability to request deltas—An efficient API capability to request deltas limits the complexity of these requests and size of the result dataset by compacting multiple changes into a single, consolidated change for each record. With Technology Intelligence Platform, the IT Visibility Insights API Query Endpoint returns delta differentials that roll up all the changes made to a given inventory asset to show its last recorded state.
