Monthly Value Report

Once you have Cloud Commitment Management set up for your organization, all users in the organization will get monthly automated emails. These emails help you understand the value Cloud Commitment Management provides.

In the email, you can see:

  • Your total all-time savings
  • A summary of your savings and actions taken last month
  • How many accounts you have for each cloud provider
  • The number of actions taken, broken down by cloud provider and if the actions were automated or done by cost specialists
  • Your monthly savings over time, shown by month
  • Monthly savings trend by cloud provider, shown by month, broken down by commitment type
  • How much you saved last month, by cloud provider
  • Top 3 regions and instance types
  • Your 3 commitments that will expire soonest
  • A checklist for onboarding with Cloud Commitment Management

If you do not get these emails and would like to, make sure you are listed as a user within your Flexera organization and submit a support ticket.

For AWS, you must be a direct connect customer. MSPs and their end-customers do not receive the email.
